The exact providers involved depend on the JsonCut capabilities a customer enables. This page explains the active categories and how to request the current contractual list.
Core service categories
- Infrastructure and S3-compatible object storage for application data and customer media.
- Stripe for subscription billing, checkout and invoices.
- Transactional email delivery for authentication and account messages.
Optional AI processing
OpenRouter and fal.ai may process prompts or media only when the corresponding AI Director or media-generation feature is used. Standard editing and ordinary rendering do not require these providers.
Current contractual list
Customers with a DPA can request the current provider names, processing locations and service purpose from support@jsoncut.com.
Changes
Material changes are communicated through the contractual channel applicable to the customer rather than relying on an unaudited marketing list.
