JsonCut distinguishes customer content, account data and temporary rendering data, and provides a Data Processing Agreement for qualifying customer use.

Contact support@jsoncut.com with the legal entity and account email. The current agreement and applicable annexes are provided for review.
Customer instructions
Project media, template values and render inputs are processed to provide the requested Studio and developer services. JsonCut does not use customer projects as public examples without separate permission.
Deletion and retention
Temporary render artifacts use limited retention. Durable project and template media remain associated with the customer workspace until the customer archives or deletes them, subject to legal retention duties.
International processing
The DPA identifies relevant transfer mechanisms and subprocessors for the services actually enabled by the customer.
