JsonCut makes the paid boundary visible before export, automation or AI usage. This summary complements the Terms and mandatory consumer rights.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the paid period starts, unless the checkout, Terms or mandatory law states otherwise. You can cancel renewal for the end of the current billing period.
Usage top-ups
Purchased credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited or consumed. Unused top-ups roll over while the related paid subscription remains active, as described on the Pricing page.
Failed operations
Failed or cancelled eligible V2 render and AI operations release reserved usage credits according to the usage policy. That automatic credit correction is separate from a payment refund.
Billing mistakes
If you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, contact support@jsoncut.com with the invoice reference. Do not include complete payment-card details.
