Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory withdrawal right, you have the right to withdraw from your service contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded. Mandatory longer or additional rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform centerbit UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ganghoferstraße 67, 83059 Kolbermoor, Germany, email support@jsoncut.com, telephone +49 176 81222430, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your withdrawal before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you under that contract, including any standard delivery costs if applicable, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and do not charge a fee for the reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and the legally required information was provided, you pay only a proportionate amount for what was supplied before you communicated withdrawal, compared with the full contractual service. Mere registration, use of the editor, a render or credit allocation does not itself constitute a waiver.

For a paid service, the right expires early through complete performance only if the applicable requirements are satisfied, including your prior express consent to early performance and your acknowledgement that the right will be lost on complete performance. Different rules for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium apply only where that is the subject of the purchase and the required express consent, acknowledgement and contractual confirmation have been given. An ongoing subscription is not fully performed merely because one output has been generated.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. An electronic message is sufficient; a signature is required only if sent on paper.

Ordinary cancellation and annual refunds

Consumers retain the initial monthly or yearly commitment, subject to statutory rights. After that initial term, the contract continues indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice. If a consumer has prepaid an annual renewal period, we refund the part after the effective cancellation date, calculated daily. Business subscriptions continue to renew for the selected monthly or annual term and ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of that term.

Cancel using the billing controls or contact support@jsoncut.com. Include sufficient information to identify the contract and your preferred effective date; if no date is specified, cancellation is for the earliest permitted date. Statutory electronic cancellation and withdrawal routes and termination for good cause remain available independently of billing controls.

Top-ups, failed operations and billing errors

To request payment of an unused annual renewal amount, submit the refund request form in Studio with your invoice reference and cancellation details. Our team checks the effective cancellation date and processes eligible refunds manually to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you cannot access Studio, contact info@centerbit.co. The request form does not itself cancel a subscription, impose a forfeiture deadline, or limit statutory withdrawal, repayment or other consumer rights.

Top-ups represent usage entitlement. Outside statutory rights, an agreed refund or a billing correction, there is no general right to exchange credits for cash. Allocation or partial use of credits does not automatically remove a consumer's statutory rights. Eligible failed or cancelled operations release reserved credits; this is separate from refunding a payment.

Report duplicate charges or other billing errors with the account or invoice reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Defect, price-reduction, withdrawal and termination remedies take precedence over a general non-refund condition. The Terms explain subscriptions and the optional evaluation period.
